The Green Man fuzz blends elements of Muff and Foxx Tone Machine circuits to achieve a thick, saturated tone without the midrange scoop of a Big Muff.

These are built using BC547 and BC107 transistors, but with the same blend of NOS Toshiba 1S1588 silicon and Telefunken black glass germanium diodes as found in the big box version. I’ve paired back the “Character” switch to a two-position mini toggle - the “up” position cuts a bit of low end, while the “down” position is deep and wooly (great on bass, too!)

These have a different variant of the green man graphic, oxblood Davies knobs, and a forest green hammertone powder coated enclosure.
