The Red Bear takes its inspiration from the Russian-era muffs of the 1990s, known for their gritty breakup and wooly low end. With its rough, grinding harmonic overtones and deep bottom, the Red Bear adds a unique voice to the Monolith muff lineup.

This batch incorporates new old stock Fairchild 2N5210 transistors and Hitachi clipping diodes with Wima and Philips capacitors in key spots. Cases are finished in Moon Rock Green powder coat with Bolivian Rosewood side panels, etched zinc graphics plates, and a soft red LED.
